Who We Are

April Bailey is a member of the Cake Decorators of Tidewater, Inc. She is also a member in good standings of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society).  She has trained under some of the best Sugar Artist in the country including;  Keith Ryder, Nicolas Lodge, Collette Peters, Norman Davis, Beth Parvu, Julie Bashore, and Geraldine Randlesome just to name a few.  Her cakes have been published in numerous magazines in the United States and Europe.
